R E S O L U T I O N
 
         WHEREAS, Family and friends are mourning the loss of David
  Vaughn Herrington of Silsbee, who passed away on April 27, 2013, at
  the age of 60; and
         WHEREAS, A native of Silsbee, "Cannonball" Herrington worked
  as a pipefitter for MeadWestvaco; and
         WHEREAS, He shared a rewarding marriage with his wife, Cindy
  Herrington, and he was blessed with eight children, David, Clifton,
  Christopher, Cindi, Heather, Nicole, Jennifer, and Megan; over the
  passing years, he had the pleasure of welcoming 10 grandchildren
  into his life; and
         WHEREAS, Although David Herrington will be deeply missed, he
  leaves behind memories of the many happy times spent in his company;
  now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas
  Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of David Vaughn
  Herrington and extend sincere sympathy to the members of his
  family: to his wife, Cindy Herrington; to his children, David
  Herrington, Jr., Clifton Herrington, Christopher Herrington, Cindi
  McClelland, Heather Maine, Nicole Gibson, Jennifer Kelly, and Megan
  Haston; to his siblings, Rickey and Charles Herrington and Linda
  Jones; to his grandchildren; and to his other relatives and
  friends; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of David
  Herrington.
