WHEREAS, Cynthia Ginyard has served with distinction as | ||
Democratic Party precinct chair of Precinct 4126 in Fort Bend | ||
County; and | ||
WHEREAS, Precinct chairs are integral to the success of their | ||
party's mission to elect public servants who will build a better | ||
state and nation for current and future generations; and | ||
WHEREAS, Because public policy affects our daily lives, | ||
citizens must exercise their right to vote, and precinct chairs | ||
play an important role in the election process; the efforts of these | ||
dedicated community leaders to inspire voters to support their | ||
parties' candidates are part of a proud and vital tradition in our | ||
state and nation; and | ||
WHEREAS, It is most appropriate that we take this opportunity | ||
to recognize an outstanding Texan who has devoted time and energy | ||
toward promoting the Democratic Party goals of representing the | ||
interests of working families, fighting for equal opportunities, | ||
and advancing a more inclusive society; now, therefore, be it | ||
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas | ||
Legislature hereby commend Cynthia Ginyard for serving as | ||
Democratic Party precinct chair of Precinct 4126 in Fort Bend | ||
County and extend to this public-spirited individual sincere best | ||
wishes for the future; and, be it further | ||
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be | ||
prepared for Cynthia Ginyard as an expression of high regard by the | ||
Texas House of Representatives. | ||
