WHEREAS, The certain knowledge of a life well lived may | ||
temper the profound sadness felt by the loved ones of Ralph | ||
M. Lazarine of San Antonio, who passed away on June 10, 2011, at the | ||
age of 64; and | ||
WHEREAS, Born on October 1, 1946, to Benito and Hortence | ||
Lazarine, Ralph Lazarine graduated from Highlands High School and | ||
attended San Antonio College; he answered his nation's call to duty | ||
with service in the United States Air Force and went on to become a | ||
lifetime member of VFW Post No. 76; and | ||
WHEREAS, Mr. Lazarine worked at Datapoint Corporation for a | ||
quarter of a century before retiring and then served as chief | ||
operating officer at Resco Electronics; he shared his time and | ||
energy with the University Transplant Center; above all else, he | ||
was devoted to his wife of 43 years, Nora Lazarine, and to his | ||
children, Deborah and Ralph; and | ||
WHEREAS, Although Ralph Lazarine will be deeply missed, | ||
cherished memories of time spent in his company will long endure in | ||
the hearts of his family and friends; now, therefore, be it | ||
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas | ||
Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby pay tribute to the life of | ||
Ralph M. Lazarine and extend sincere condolences to the members of | ||
his family: to his wife, Nora Lazarine; to his daughter, Deborah | ||
Ramirez-Cotter; to his son, Ralph Lazarine, Jr., and his wife, | ||
Sarah; to his grandchildren, Jillian, Jared, and Jordan Cotter, | ||
Ralph Lazarine III, Gabriella and Derek Lazarine, and Ashleigh Ard; | ||
to his great-grandchild, Makenzie Ard-Humes; to his brothers, | ||
Antonio and Albert Lazarine; to his sisters, Diana Galan and Debora | ||
Lazarine; to his sisters-in-law, Rebecca and Mary Lou Lazarine; and | ||
to his other relatives and many friends; and, be it further | ||
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be | ||
prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of | ||
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Ralph | ||
M. Lazarine. |
