WHEREAS, April 2, 2011, signaled the beginning of a new | ||
chapter in the lives of Avery Rae Williams and John Adam Kerley of | ||
Waco, for on that day they exchanged their wedding vows and embarked | ||
on a rewarding journey together as husband and wife; and | ||
WHEREAS, Ms. Williams and Mr. Kerley were joined in matrimony | ||
at First Presbyterian Church in Waco at a ceremony officiated by the | ||
Reverend Dr. Jimmie Johnson; and | ||
WHEREAS, The daughter of Dana and Diane Williams, the bride | ||
is the granddaughter of Ethel Brunson, Mr. and Mrs. Timothy | ||
Williams, and the late Anita Briggs, Rueben Dresner, and Lloyd | ||
Brunson; the groom is the son of Johnnie and Mary Kerley and the | ||
grandson of Blanche Brannen and the late Willie Mitchell and Mr. and | ||
Mrs. Robert Morris; and | ||
WHEREAS, The wedding of Ms. Williams and Mr. Kerley marks a | ||
profound deepening of a relationship that has grown in love, | ||
respect, and mutual regard with each passing day, and it is truly a | ||
pleasure to honor this fortunate couple on their marriage; now, | ||
therefore, be it | ||
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas | ||
Legislature hereby congratulate Avery Rae Williams and John Adam | ||
Kerley on the joyous occasion of their wedding and extend to them | ||
sincere best wishes for a lifetime of happiness; and, be it further | ||
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be | ||
prepared for the couple as an expression of high regard by the Texas | ||
House of Representatives. | ||
