WHEREAS, High school graduation is one of life's pivotal | ||
milestones, and Emily Sue Soisson will experience that joyful | ||
occasion when she graduates with the Jasper High School Class of | ||
2013; and | ||
WHEREAS, The daughter of Scott and Rebecca Soisson, Emily | ||
Soisson has demonstrated an exceptional commitment to her studies | ||
while maintaining her involvement in extracurricular activities; | ||
combining scholastic excellence with an impressive resume of | ||
athletic achievement, she has earned membership in the National | ||
Society of High School Scholars as well as placement on | ||
all-district teams in softball and volleyball; and | ||
WHEREAS, Ms. Soisson also enjoyed three years as a varsity | ||
cheerleader and supported the Jasper High School baseball program | ||
through her membership in the Diamond Girls; and | ||
WHEREAS, Exciting challenges and opportunities await this | ||
outstanding young Texan, and it is a pleasure to join her family and | ||
friends in recognizing her as she embarks on a future bright with | ||
promise; now, therefore, be it | ||
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas | ||
Legislature hereby congratulate Emily Sue Soisson on her graduation | ||
from Jasper High School and extend to her sincere best wishes for | ||
continued success and happiness; and, be it further | ||
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be | ||
prepared for Ms. Soisson as an expression of high regard by the | ||
Texas House of Representatives. | ||
