R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Arielle Declouette has ably served her fellow Texans
  as an aide in the office of State Representative Gina Calanni during
  the 86th Legislative Session; and
         WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Ms. Declouette has
  provided vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging
  tasks; in addition to gaining valuable experience in the field of
  public service, she has learned more about the legislative process
  and the issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State; and
         WHEREAS, An accomplished individual, Ms. Declouette earned
  her associate degree at the age of 17, and she graduated from
  Stephen F. Austin University at the age of 19; in the fall of 2019,
  she will begin pursuing a master's degree in computer science; and
         WHEREAS, This outstanding young Texan has performed her
  duties as a legislative aide with skill and dedication, and she is
  indeed deserving of special recognition for her fine work; now,
  therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 86th Texas
  Legislature hereby commend Arielle Declouette for her service as a
  legislative aide in the office of State Representative Gina Calanni
  and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success in all
  her endeavors; and, be it further
         
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Ms. Declouette as an expression of high regard by the
  Texas House of Representatives.
