| WHEREAS, Judith Gonzalez-Rodriguez received a 2023 Women in | ||
| Education Award from the Education Service Center Region 2 at its | ||
| Outstanding Women in Education event on March 29; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Ms. Gonzalez-Rodriguez currently serves as an | ||
| education specialist and counselor with ESC Region 2, and she works | ||
| with the State and Federal Programs team facilitating training and | ||
| continuing education for the regional school counselors; she is | ||
| widely respected for her compassion and her expertise in school | ||
| counseling; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Judith Gonzalez-Rodriguez has set an outstanding | ||
| example of leadership and dedication to which others may aspire, | ||
| and she is indeed deserving of this noteworthy honor; now, | ||
| therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas | ||
| Legislature hereby congratulate Judith Gonzalez-Rodriguez on her | ||
| receipt of a 2023 Women in Education Award from the Education | ||
| Service Center Region 2 and extend to her sincere best wishes for | ||
| continued success in her important work; and, be it further | ||
| RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be | ||
| prepared for Ms. Gonzalez-Rodriguez as an expression of high regard | ||
| by the Texas House of Representatives. | ||
