R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Residents of the El Paso community and beyond were
  deeply saddened by the tragic passing of Arthur Redelfs and Lesley
  Enriquez on March 13, 2010; and
         WHEREAS, Married in 2007, Mr. Redelfs and Ms. Enriquez were
  the loving parents of a seven-month-old daughter, Rebecca; they
  doted on their baby girl, who brought much joy into their lives; and
         WHEREAS, Born in Carson, California, Mr. Redelfs graduated
  from Coronado High School and served the El Paso County Sheriff's
  Office with distinction for a decade; a loving son and brother, he
  was known for his sense of humor and commitment to justice; and
         WHEREAS, A graduate of Loretto Academy, Ms. Enriquez had a
  notable career with the U.S. Consulate in Juarez; she adored her
  friends and family, and she brightened many days with her warm and
  affectionate nature; and
         WHEREAS, Although they are greatly missed, Arthur Redelfs and
  Lesley Enriquez have left behind a lasting reminder of their love in
  their daughter, and those who held them dear will forever carry them
  close in their hearts; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
  Legislature hereby pay tribute to the lives of Arthur Redelfs and
  Lesley Enriquez and extend sincere sympathy to the members of their
  family: to their daughter, Rebecca; to his parents, Robert and
  Mathilde Cason; to his brothers, Reuben and Paul; to his sisters,
  Katrina and Beatrice; to his grandmother, Beatrice Lynch; to her
  aunts, Janice Taylor and Anne Gross; and to their other relatives
  and many friends; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for their family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Arthur
  Redelfs and Lesley Enriquez.
