H.C.R. No. 184

HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, House Bill 1397 has been adopted by the house of
representatives and the senate and is being prepared for
enrollment; and
WHEREAS, The bill contains a technical error that should be
corrected; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the 86th Legislature of the State of Texas, That
the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed
to make the following correction:
In SECTION 4 of the bill, in added Section 36.213(f),
Utilities Code, strike "recovery for a power generation facility
that provides greater than $200 million of Texas jurisdictional
generation capacity," and substitute "incremental recovery for a
power generation facility greater than $200 million on a Texas
jurisdictional basis,".
