| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Subchapter F, Chapter 621, Transportation Code, | ||
| is amended by adding Section 621.411 to read as follows: | ||
| Sec. 621.411. JOINT OPERATION OF CERTAIN FIXED-SITE | ||
| FACILITIES. A county and the Department of Public Safety may enter | ||
| into an agreement for the joint operation of a fixed-site facility | ||
| located within the boundaries of the county. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2013. | ||
