A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
relating to the fee charged for the Texas Airport Directory.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Section 21.067, Transportation Code, is amended
to read as follows:
Sec. 21.067. TEXAS AIRPORT DIRECTORY. (a) The department
may:
(1) issue the Texas Airport Directory;
(2) sell advertising in the directory; and
(3) advertise the [sale of the] directory in other
publications.
(b) The department may not [shall] charge a fee [not less
than $5] for furnishing the Texas Airport Directory.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2011.
