H.B. No. 367

AN ACT
relating to the designation of State Highway 121 in Tarrant and
Johnson Counties as the Chisholm Trail Parkway.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Section 225.058(a), Transportation Code, is
amended to read as follows:
(a) State Highway 121 between Interstate Highway 30
[Farm-to-Market Road 1187] in Tarrant County and United States
Highway 67 in Johnson County is designated as the Chisholm Trail
Parkway.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2011.
