contested case for which an interlocutory appeal has been filed. | ||
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
SECTION 1. Subchapter C, Chapter 2001, Government Code, is | ||
amended by adding Section 2001.063 to read as follows: | ||
Sec. 2001.063. INTERLOCUTORY APPEAL. A state agency or an | ||
administrative law judge may not deny a request for a stay of | ||
proceedings in a contested case for which an interlocutory appeal | ||
has been filed. | ||
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
