Amend CSSB 52 (senate committee printing) in SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 55.1792(a), Education Code (page 2, between lines 34 and 35), by adding the following appropriately numbered subdivision and renumbering subsequent subdivisions accordingly:
( ) The University of Texas at San Antonio, $161,250,000 for construction of an Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Careers building;
