Amend SB 331 on third reading as follows:

(1)  On page 1, line 14, strike ":".

(2)  On page 1, line 15, strike "(1)".

(3)  On page 1, line 17, strike "; and".

(4)  Strike page 1, lines 18 through 21, and substitute the following:

[must be a registered voter of the county in which the voter needing the interpreter resides].
