Amend CSHB 90 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  On page 3, lines 25 and 26, strike ""state active duty" and "Texas military forces"" and substitute ""state active duty," "state training and other duty," and "Texas military forces"".

(2)  On page 4, line 2, between "location" and "is", insert "or while on state training and other duty".
