Amend CSHB 365 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  On page 2, line 2, between "agricultural," and "or aquacultural", insert "apicultural,".

(2)  On page 2, line 9, strike "or" and substitute "[or]".

(3)  On page 2, line 10, between "fowl" and the period, insert the following:

; or

(G)  a honeybee kept in a managed colony
