Amend CSHB 13 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 3, between lines 20 and 21, insert the following:

(6)  local governmental officials, including mayors, county judges, and emergency management officials;

(2)  On page 3, line 21, strike "(6)" and substitute "(7)".

(3)  On page 3, line 22, strike "(7)" and substitute "(8)".

(4)  On page 3, line 23, strike "(8)" and substitute "(9)".
