Bill Title: As enacted, prohibits recipients of public assistance benefits from using an EBT card at a tobacco retailer to purchase certain tobacco products; prohibits tobacco retailers from permitting the purchase of tobacco products or nicotine products with an EBT card; requires the department of human services to notify public assistance recipients of this prohibition. - Amends TCA Section 71-3-126.
