Bill Title: As enacted, specifies that individual convicted of certain drug offenses will be exempt from prohibition against eligibility for families first program benefits for such convictions, if such person meets certain requirements; an individual convicted of second drug felony involving possession, use or distribution of a controlled substance on or after July 1, 2011, will not be eligible for families first program benefits for a period of three years from the date of conviction. - Amends TCA Title 71, Chapter 3, Part 1.
