Bill Title: As introduced, extends from 10 to 15 days the period during which a property owner may, after receiving notice from the city of excessive vegetation or debris on the owner's property, remedy the condition before the city remedies the condition and charges the costs to the property owner. - Amends TCA Title 5; Title 6 and Title 7.
