Bill Title: As enacted, requires offenders under the jurisdiction of the board of probation and parole who transfer residence to another state pursuant to the interstate compact for the supervision of adult offenders to pay to the board an application fee for the transfer; requires board to set the amount of the fee by rule. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 28, Part 2.
