Bill Title: As enacted, authorizes the commissioner of environment and conservation to expend funds from the Ocoee River recreation and economic development fund; gives the commissioner sole authority to make expenditures from the fund for certain management and administrative expenses. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 11, Chapter 8.
