Bill Title: As introduced, prohibits a landlord from using the tenant's email address as provided in the rental agreement for notifications required by the Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act if the tenant has rescinded the use of the email address in written notice to the landlord. - Amends TCA Title 13; Title 66 and Title 67.
