Bill Title: As introduced, prohibits the use of semester hours attempted in ROTC courses to calculate a terminating event for a HOPE scholarship; prohibits use of grades received in ROTC courses to calculate an ROTC student's grade point average for purposes of the HOPE scholarship. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 4, Part 9.
