Bill Title: As enacted, makes various revisions to election laws such as when a deficient voter registration may be corrected, the timing of delivery of poll books and records to the counting board, and prohibiting the appointment of a candidate's spouse on the ballot to serve as a poll watcher. - Amends TCA Section 2-14-202; Section 2-2-109; Section 2-3-204; Section 2-6-303; Section 2-7-104 and Section 2-9-105.
