Bill Title: As introduced, authorizes counties and municipalities to ban smoking within 50 feet of a building owned or used by the county or municipality for governmental purposes the same as such entities may now prohibit smoking within 50 feet of a hospital. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 15.
