Bill Title: As enacted, provides that it is not an offense for manufacturer of gambling devices or records to own, manufacture, possess, buy, sell, lease, rent, store, repair, transport, print, or make any gambling device or record solely intended for use outside of this state. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17.
