Bill Title: As introduced, limits payroll deductions by an LEA to those deductions for employee benefits available through, or as a result of, employment by the LEA or charitable contributions to certain nonprofit organizations; limits the scope of collaborative conferencing with respect to payroll deductions. - Amends TCA Section 8-23-204 and Title 49, Chapter 5, Part 6.
