Bill Title: As enacted, extends present use valuation of certain residential property zoned for commercial use to the unmarried surviving spouse; removes the requirement that the county commission determine that the number of complaints made to any county board of equalization is sufficiently numerous to justify such action in order to appoint hearing officers. - Amends TCA Title 67, Chapter 5.
