Bill Title: As introduced, makes an owner of a potentially vicious or vicious dog who fails to microchip such dog within 30 days of the dog being classified as a potentially vicious or vicious dog subject to a Class C misdemeanor, punishable by fine only. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 44.
