Bill Title: As enacted, increases the tax on coal products severed from the ground in this state and increases the amount of tax revenue collected that is allocated to the county from which the coal products were severed; allows department of revenue to retain certain amounts in two fiscal years to recover expenses. - Amends TCA Section 67-7-104 and Section 67-7-110.
