Bill Title: As introduced, prohibits employers from accessing sealed or expunged criminal records when performing a criminal background check on a prospective employee; prohibits employers from asking applicants about certain previous convictions during the application process; requires employers to provide applicants a letter explaining a denial of employment under certain circumstances. - Amends TCA Title 39; Title 40; Title 41 and Title 50.
