Bill Title: As enacted, permits a magistrate to impose additional conditions of release or bail on a defendant arrested for child abuse, neglect, or endangerment or aggravated child abuse, neglect, or endangerment who is a threat to the alleged victim. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 15, Part 4 and Title 40, Chapter 11, Part 1.
