Bill Title: As introduced, extends from five to seven days the amount of time after sending a certified letter to the issuer of a worthless check that it may be inferred notice of the worthless check was received for purposes of determining the issuer’s fraudulent intent or knowledge of insufficient funds. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 29; Title 37; Title 38; Title 39; Title 40 and Title 41.
