Bill Title: As introduced, allows certain persons employed by a state institution of higher education as a faculty or staff member to possess and carry a handgun at the state institution of higher education in which such person is employed and while such person is performing duties within the scope of such person's employment. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13 and Title 49, Chapter 6.
