Bill Title: As enacted, expands the time period, from not more than 60 days nor less than 10 days to not more than 90 days nor less than 10 days, in which the county election commission must appoint election officials before an election; permits election officials to volunteer to provide services without compensation. - Amends TCA Title 2, Chapter 4.
