Bill Title: As introduced, allocates a sum sufficient from the premium tax collected for workers compensation insurance to pay for the staff of the advisory council on workers compensation instead of making retention of council's staff subject to budgetary approval in the general appropriations act. - Amends TCA Section 50-6-121.
