Bill Title: As introduced, adds to the offense of perjury any false statement made, not under oath, or any affirmation of the validity of, the use of, or introduction of evidence by a person during an official proceeding that the person knows to be false, and further classifies perjury committed by a licensed attorney to be a Class E felony. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 40.
