Bill Title: As introduced, requires students who score below proficient on TCAP test or do not demonstrate competency on end-of-course examination to attend summer school or receive tutoring in the subject tested at the expense of the student's parent and be retested prior to being promoted or receiving credit for course. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 6.
