Bill Title: As introduced, reduces the amount of time a person or entity seeking licensure as a pharmacy benefits manager must notify the department of any material change in the name, address, telephone number, email address, or website address of the person or entity seeking licensure from within 60 days of the change to within 30 days. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 53; Title 56 and Title 71.
