Bill Title: As introduced, deletes the limitation allowing noncontiguous annexation by resolution to occur in only a county having a population according to the most recent decennial census that is greater than 44.5 percent and 50,000 of its population in the preceding decennial census. - Amends TCA Section 6-51-104.
