Bill Title: As enacted, requires the department of education to explore with the Tennessee congressional delegation and the United States department of education modification of No Child Left Behind determination of who is a dropout for students who receive a GED and pass appropriate examinations or have good scores on the ACT. - Amends TCA Title 49.
