Bill Title: As introduced, creates a Class A misdemeanor, punishable by fine of $2,500, to knowingly produce, manufacture, distribute, sell, offer for sale, or possess with intent to produce, manufacture, distribute, sell or offer for sale any product composed of any amount of methcathinone that is not lawfully prescribed or approved by the FDA. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 4.
