Bill Title: As enacted, allows student who was enrolled in the 2012-2013 academic year in an eligible postsecondary program and who is enrolled in the 2013-2014 academic year in the eligible postsecondary program for the student's second year of study to be eligible for award of a STEP UP scholarship for the 2013-2014 academic year, provided that the student meets the continuation requirements under present law for receipt of the scholarship; establishes related requirements. - Amends TCA Section 49-4-943.
