Bill Title: As introduced, requires state institutions of higher education and postsecondary institutions authorized to operate in this state by THEC to permit a student to graduate under the requirements of the catalog in effect at the time the student enters the institution or of any subsequent catalog in effect while the student is enrolled for the student's course of study. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 7.
