Bill Title: As enacted, allows a Tennessee student graduating from an out-of-state boarding school that is accredited by a member of the National Association of Independent Schools Commission on Accreditation to be eligible for Tennessee HOPE lottery scholarship, if the student meets all other applicable requirements for the scholarship. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 4, Part 9.
