Bill Title: As introduced, requires that the department of education provide the student’s teacher, parent, or guardian a report for each student that includes at least 70 percent of the actual test questions, answer options, and the student’s answers; requires the department to make the reports available to the LEA no less than 60 days after the last test is administered. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 1; Title 49, Chapter 2 and Title 49, Chapter 6.
