Bill Title: As introduced, imposes an inventory tax on the inventory of unaffixed cigarette tax stamps and previously taxed cigarettes and other tobacco products; requires payment of the tax within 30 days after the effective date of an increase in the rate of tax imposed on cigarettes and other tobacco products. - Amends TCA Title 47, Chapter 25 and Title 67, Chapter 4, Part 10.
