Bill Title: As introduced, permits a temporary license or permit for beer to be issued for events sanctioned by a municipal or county government to be held in conjunction with a fair or on publicly owned municipal parks, streets or sidewalks where the event is held within the municipality and the streets are cordoned off to permit only foot traffic. - Amends TCA Title 57.
